Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY - at the moment, uk only
All orders will be shipped within 1 Working Day. I ship by first class royal mail and make sure I make the mail time every day so it should arrive the next working day. If you order one box of brownies, shipping is £1.80. If you order more, then shipping will be £3.50 for the total order.
As a young business this is the lowest we can go with shipping prices. Hopefully as we grow, we will be able to strike a relationship with a shipping company so our prices can be lowered.
For those who chose local delivery, a personal text will arrive from me to say when I will arrive with your brownies. Local delivery is available in Brighouse & Huddersfield and costs £1. All orders over £25 automatically receive free delivery.
If there are any issues with your delivery and it's taken more than 3 days, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will get back to you promptly.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address - changes cannot be made after 24 hours of placing your order and we cannot be held responsible for packs going to the wrong address.

Return & Exchange Policy - Brownies
I do not offer returns on brownies due to them being a freshly baked product. Please note that I will be open to replacing your cookies if there have been any product issues or delivery issues which can happen.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund in special cases, you will need to send me photos and proof of the problem so that we can confirm it is within our policy. You’ll also need an Order Number so that we can confirm your order date and details. Please note we use this process to stop fraudulent claims. Any fraudulent activity or product scamming will be handed over to our legal team in special cases. As a small business, we hope you understand!
